After picking up my WR1 yesterday and realising 98 RON petrol is recommended, I'm now worried if it's safe to run on 97? ( I assumed 97 would be ok, which is all I can get local to where I live )

I filled up with V-Power on the way home last night but my nearest Shell station is about 15 miles away, and a 30 mile round trip to fill up is not always practical, however enjoyable it would be in one of these cars!

Thanks

You will notice a difference in performance if you run it on V-Power and then run it on 97.

get a bottle of octane booster a bottle per tank will raise it 2 octane so if 97 half a bottle per tank if you are stuck, i use it when i go up the highlands as best i can get is 95 octane.

Definately run it on V Power, the few times I ran on anything else I could always feel the difference.

Can't beat it Cool Cool Cool
