wr1 10th anniversary

Morning guys

Looking forward to this event and helping out where we can and give some advice along the way if it's needed.

May I suggest marshalls will be needed, about 20 to cover the site, I have some two way radio's we can use to keep in touch with the chosen/volunteered guys and girls that want to do this, I also have Hi Viz vests for them so no need to buy those as we have them already and I will bring them on the day.

I have mentioned to Dave about a meeting at Prodrive to cover the event and to go over all your ideas for the event, ie amount of cars/clubs attending, parking places etc this should be the week after Easter if Dave and Dean can make it and Jackie can fit us in?

Along with what Polo shirts and designs, stickers, plaques etc and itinerary for the day.

May I suggest if you want other clubs attending something a bit like I posted when I did the P1 gathering here viewtopic.php?f=11&t=12050 should be posted on their forums, I asked permission before I did out of respect for the guys and girls that run the clubs.

Nothing has been posted on LADS about this yet and Andy has asked about CADS can we mention it on LADS please?

I think if others are being invited this should be kept to limited editions only. WR1s, RB320s and P1s.

otherwise it will chaos parking, why would take 20 marshals?

It's been opened to others but the main line up will be for the wr1's...then the othe limited editions.... Other scoobs and clubs will be around the building like they were on the 20th anniversary......... The wr's etc will have to be parked up early in the morning.

That's how I guess how it will be done.

here are some pics of the polo shirt for the prodrive meet if we can get more than 50 ordered they are £15 each let me know what you think i can change things the wording the colour . the pics are not the best sorry about the quality. if you want your car reg/number or your name on the shirt that can be done

Yeah they look great, I agree with a lighter blue, either way ill be getting one.

when we put the list up for the polo shirts you can put your size build number and how many you req on if there is anything else let me know as soon as if you want your name on the shirt thats not a problem. you can have your build number on the arm and your name on the chest its up to you i will try to get some better pics on as i think the ones that i put on dont look the best

Not sure what exactly will happen, but all the 1's will be lined up on the front, there is usually a little tea cabin there, but 2 mins down the road walking is a pub, your whole family is welcome and so are other scoobs too.
Jackie at prodrive has told Dave that they're going all out with this as it's the last event at prodrive.
There is a few of us who have booked into the hotel across the road on the Saturday evening .
