Morning guys
Looking forward to this event and helping out where we can and give some advice along the way if it's needed.
May I suggest marshalls will be needed, about 20 to cover the site, I have some two way radio's we can use to keep in touch with the chosen/volunteered guys and girls that want to do this, I also have Hi Viz vests for them so no need to buy those as we have them already and I will bring them on the day.
I have mentioned to Dave about a meeting at Prodrive to cover the event and to go over all your ideas for the event, ie amount of cars/clubs attending, parking places etc this should be the week after Easter if Dave and Dean can make it and Jackie can fit us in?
Along with what Polo shirts and designs, stickers, plaques etc and itinerary for the day.
May I suggest if you want other clubs attending something a bit like I posted when I did the P1 gathering here viewtopic.php?f=11&t=12050 should be posted on their forums, I asked permission before I did out of respect for the guys and girls that run the clubs.
Nothing has been posted on LADS about this yet and Andy has asked about CADS can we mention it on LADS please?
