Managed to get the Megane booked on for the event on the 12th April
http://www.lamborghiniclub.co.uk/web/in ... &Itemid=53
£72 for the day - seems good.
Anyone been ? I know they use it for the 30-130 event, but this is a track set up this time so I fancied a go!!
Anyone else booked on ?

£72 is certainly cheap! Doesn't look like I can make this one, at the moment, but if things get re-arranged I'll let you know.

Crikey old bean, the last time I was at Marham I got to use the runway for free!!
Ah well times change I suppose - far too far north to come out to play now.
Keep a watch out for those Tornadoes.
Toodle Pip!
(Kick the tyres, light the fires, the last one airborne is number 4 - or so we used to say!)

Wow, what a track !!
Now that sorts out a well balanced car - long straights, fast corners, slow corners, short straights, a test of everything tbh.
Managed around 30ish laps, 3 miles each and did a tank of feul, half my tyres, half my brakes and cracked the windscreen - awesome fun, roll on Brands next month.
Eventful day, TVRs sliding off, Lotus' breaking, Supras drifting, MG ended up on its roof, and a very well driven new shape M3
All that for 72 quid, bargain - dan/fraz, you need to sort a wr1 visit, think the next one is in september.

That really does sound good How many cars were on track, Neil? Was it open pits? Do you have any piccies of the circuit layout? I'd definitely be up for this

2 groups of 25 in the morning fraz, half hour at a time, then open pit lane after lunch. Format worked really well i'd have to say.
Track layout was really wierd, but different so excellent fun - ill look for a layout but its determined mainly by the shape of the runway (long) and the shape of the taxiways (tight).
They do pics and filming on the day also. 10 quid for a disc with everything. The RAF seem to have organization down to a T. Much better than all the trackday "specialists".
2 well driven scoobs on the day too. Will post some pics when the cd comes through.
You interested in brands next month? Huss and I are doing the indy circuit, will check the date, its a wednesday.

There were a load of the guys from BigPower there both days - I had paid but had to pull out as my car had problems after Donington.
Great venue and a bargain day out.

I'm interested in Brands too so long as it's not just an evening event. Need to have an all-day one to make it worthwhile. Dan / Steve, are you up for Brands next month, so long as there's no clash with Croft?
