Do you think he will accept cash if I collect it

I would imagine after nearly 6 years it would need a damn good overhaul as all the seals/enigine included would surely start to perish with little or no use? Even when dry stored.

With such little mileage teh engine is not even run in.....would that surely effect the engine sealing and bedding in all the working parts?

Goes back to the old argument of running an engine in hard so it heats up and everything seals and beds in correctly or "taking it easy" and half doing ajob as everything would be a bit "rattly" and ill fitting after such a period?

Comments....

What a cnut.

Certainly worth a wind-up call... I'd imagine that the oil is like treacle if it's been "stood" for nearly 6 years.
[Just incase this gets lost in translation, I am not slandering you, I know people can be sensitive to these harsh words.]

I don't understand these people who buy cars then store them :?
I bought a ctr brand new from the dealer a few yer ago, It was stored for a year before i got it,

Was never away from honda with all the seals perishing, Engine was out 3 times for new seals CV joints had perised and that was just with the car sitting for a year,

Sold the car after 7 month cause it was never away from honda,

£30k to do 565 miles, 3 to 4 tankfuls of fuel, the last has probably gone stale, ....you may be lucky and have no issue's or you may not.

If I had spare £20k I'd buy it and leave it in the garage too
