to dig out a basement form a kitchen,2 storey rear extension,glass roof to kitchen,new heating throughout,re plumb,re wire,1 kitchen,2 bathrooms a bog,shower room,re dec inside and out,4 bed terraced in islington,

because i CANT BE BOTHERED TO PRICE IT UP!!! if i win it ill give ya 10% of the profit,if we lose u gotta give me 10% of the contract sum,plus pay the losses
