WAIT 4 IT................ 052ok not as special as number 1 or the last 1 (btw wot iz the last number WR1) but hey im happy wit it! 320bhp and a whole lot of torque is enough when needed! also does any1 know how much a ECU remap will cost and how much difference in performance this will make! thanx!
Its not normal to have a Tek3 on its own really - You normally do it to optimise fuelling/ignition/boost etc. in conjuction with other mods (prime example is a de-cat exhaust)
Mapping an otherwise standard car will basically give you an optimised set up for your car that may not be a milion miles from the original map- although of course the standard map is generic and WILL be able to be improved on. Jap spec cars used to 100 Ron fuel need a remap as standard as they are a bit close to the edge on UK fuels. I would expect a small increase in BHP and torque, noticeably better fuel consumption, and just generally 'nicer' running. about
sorry will type clearer for you now! well if the ECU remap wont make a huge difference can anyone make a suggestion on how i can? perhaps a dump valve for a few BHP or perhaps replacing a few pipes with racing ones?! i dont know!
Hi m8 I dont think as far as i know the blow off valve doesn't increase hp at all. zorst and induction with a remap would help dont forget that the handling and brakes make the car quicker point to point so Ast suspension and Ap 6 pots are excellent ive got these vastlt better than standard !
Always try and get to B from A very Quickly !
