2009 Subaru Legacy Outback diesel - Mac-1Finally after the fights with the insurance company and tracker, I finally got the insurance to pay out and compensation from tracker. It's been like pulling teeth at times and my WRX still hasn’t been found, not that the police are looking for it.
It took some time to think about what next? There were a few in the hat, Audi A4, Volvo XC70 or back to Subaru and an Outback. After test driving them all I went with my hart and not my brain and decided to stay with Subaru. I picked up my new car on Friday evening and pleased with the purchase, the only thing I am not to sure about yet is the Diesel, I have had many cars over the years of being on the road as a sales manager/director and this is my first ever diesel car so we will se how things go. Below are a few photos taken this morning. Outback REN. 2.0 Ltr Diesel boxer Engine. Optional extras 17 Inch Anthracite Prorace 1.2 Alloys. Front mesh grille with body coded surround. Front Under-Spoiler, body coded. Rear Waste Spoiler, body coded. Dark Smoked rear windows. Last edited by Mac-1 on Mon Mar 16, 2009 4:00 pm, edited 1 time in total.
I like it
The WR1 be safe in the knowledge that, short of strapping yourself to an Acme rocket, there's no quicker way to get from A to B.
Thought of buying the grandad car from subaru, a legacy in spec b form.
Nice car steve 2007 BMW M5
2004 Petter Solberg STi
I was but didn’t like the arm chare in the front and it didn’t come with a commode
I actually like that a lot
Previously: Everything With 4 Wheels over 300bhp
Currently: M6 (57) & Hilux Invincible (60)
Nice car Steve, it really looks the part. I was looking at the new diesel impreza this week for the wife to get some economy back. That drove well for a diesel but with limited numbers and a 19k price tag that they won't move on I thought it's too much.
Nice car. So this is the second car in the hosuehold together with the 1 ?
NB: Changed your title to fit the general direction taken.
3rd, my son has an STi on the drive as well.
