I'd be a little careful with your wording on the potential goodwill refund of the insurance cost though... open to interpretation in 'simple' contract law unfortunately.... I know what you mean but others may use it to their advantage...

There are a lot of scammers out there mate and the law is on the side of them, not the innocent!! :cry:
