Just ordered AP 6 pots with 355mm discs, the next bit is power.
400bhp seems a nice round number, so any advice would be welcome

couple of threads here to help.
basically you will have to pick a turbo thats capable (but not overly so otherwise it all gets a bit laggy) then based all the supportingg mods around that. My P1 has 405 BHP, and its using the same turbo as the one in the thread by Bob Rawle. http://www.scoobycity.co.uk/wr1/phpBB2/ ... highlight= http://www.scoobycity.co.uk/wr1/phpBB2/ ... 51&start=0
why go for a 2.5 when you have a perfectly good 2.0L
If the 2.0L blows then fair enough, its definetly an option but a bit of a waste of money until then. Also the 2.0 WR1 engine will do 400 BHP reliably, but on the 2.5 STI pistons its marginal to say the least, so you would be advised to put forged ones in. even with a 2.5 you would need a different turbo. 2.5 wont get you any more BHP but you will get a fair bit of torque out of it.
Re: More power
