Depends on your driving style and how many miles you do. I do mine once a month.
Normal town driving you tend to get a watery/oily white mayo as opposed to pure oil if you take it on track ot drive on boost everywhere.
If JP is Roland Rat, them I am Errol the Hamster... His number 1 fan.

My mum is very poorly at the minute so i have not had time to go searching. Don't worry, will be on it in plenty of time.
