Have a word, the capacity is up to the MAX level, strictly speaking my answer is factual and correct

It probably takes under a litre to fill it from empty.

If you are bleeding out, 1L is enough to ensure the old stuff is flushed through the system, as long as you bleed it properly. If you dont, or your a bit pedantic get 2 litres. You dont have to break the bank with top name stuff, as long as you use dot5.1. I use comma in a pukka big brake set up and no fade or boiling even on a track day.

I think thats what you are getting at.

I was told you need more than 1 litre if you want to wash through properly?

You remind me of Spike... You go off topic and blame me!!

Whilst doing the fluid you might aswell upgrade the hoses... highly recommended in my HUMBLE opinion.

Thanks for the advice from most people, very helpful.

Spoke to my dealer over lunch & I have ordered 2 litres of Motul RBF600 from Opie Oil. That will leave me some spare.

They will flush the existing Castrol SRF out with cheaper stuff before putting in the Motul.

Also ordered Silkolene Pro-S 5-40 oil.
