How much space do these take up in the boot of the car?

Deprnds on how big it is!

They can take up a fair bit, big uns anything up to 18" X 18"X 12"

Depends what you want in the boot.....Tube or Box or Boxes....and size of this will depend on how big :shock: the speaker (s) are!

when I had my Type R, I had two separate 12"s fully carpeted and boxed in the booth....they took most of the space up. But they were easy to remove for the big shopping days!

R u thinkin of putting Subs in ur 1?

But remember you will also need a decent Amp to run the 10"...otherwise sounds :puke: .....And dont forget, you will need :shock: good "Tweeters" and mid-range...then decent cabling if you're gpnna do it properly.....and hopefully you will have a decent Head unit to run all these!!. It aint cheap...if you want decent sound.....

What is wrong with the standard head unit? Can I improve it with some gold trim around the edges?
