Is it possible to fit a supercharger to a big turbo Scooby to reduce the lag?

Side thought, the fun of a Scooby to me is when it comes on boost and you get that awesome surg... I've always preferred the turbo cars I've driven to Supercharger cars for that reason.

Why are there few examples of a turbo and blower working in harmony?
