I had very similar mods to you and have the aps sr40 turbo which should give you in the region of 370/380bhp and similar lbft.
Do you have a 3" decat system

Withthe spec you have, this would be my choice of turbo as well.

Not as expensive as the Garrett based hybrids, straight bolt on, will give you 480 BHP ish (or more if you want to push it) and the standard intercooler will be man enough, and at least as good as the APS one so if you want to save a few quid put it back on and flog the APS. You will just require another Re-map which will cost approx £200-£350.

WR1imposter will probably disgree, but if you want to spend the amount of money an APS SR40 will cost you, IMHO there are better turbo's out there.

Why would I disagree, we all have opinions, just because I chose to have mainly one producer of tuning mods rather than heinz 57 is the reason I had the sr40, and yes its a good turbo and yes there may be better out there "in your opinion" and others who have them fitted !

The down side to the sr40 is the cost but you pay for quality

Just a bit of banter Rocko. Pasty is a top geezer (honestly) but he is as cantankerous and opinionated as i am. Basically we enjoy disagreeing!

Who mapped the car originally? I am assuming Chris Davies at WRC? Not sure Andy F does a 'fitting' service any more to be honest.

Where do you live?

If you want to go for a one stop shop, the place i would recommend within a reasonable distance would be Paul Blamire At Zen performance in Northants.

He will supply, fit, and map a TD05/06 20G and he does know his stuff....far better than any one WRC tech ever did. Good rates as well by all accounts.
