Panel damage due to vandalism. Not sure the extent as no pictures have surfaced on the damage before it was fixed.
Worth a punt at £9k. Previously:
Subaru Impreza WRX (P95 CJH) Subaru Impreza WRX (DV52 LJZ) Subaru Impreza WRX STI WR1#131(VE04 LUW) Subaru Impreza STI Hawkeye Spec C (YD06 NGT) Subaru Impreza 22B #377 (S22BHU) Now: Subaru Impreza STI Hawkeye Spec C Type RA
Think a couple of people went to see it on here, Think they said the cars well dodgy,
How do you know it was vandalism? Could have been in a serious smash ![]() Focus ST's rule!!!
Personally I wouldnt touch it its not cheap enough. Not when people are struggling to sell very clean oc club examples for 10/11k mark. Put another grand in and dont take the risk. Just my opinion.

Cozzy 481 is spot on. Cat D's can be a real buggar to sell on afterwards and it's still £1-1.5k too dear for a Cat D (assuming of course it was vandalism). The other question is always how do you know it was repaired to a high standard- is it still under garage warranty- if rust bubbles through after you buy it or the paint fades badly its going to be your problem. L Having re-read the advert it claims there was no panel damage. Why has it been recorded then? I thought a Cat D occurred when the damage exceeded 60% of the value of the car. That would have meant £6-7k worth of damage- stolen recovered is Cat D as well. One last thing to remember is that some insurers won't provide cover on a Cat D.
i had found it at pistonheads.com
okay... my problem is, i cant visit the car soon... i must find a good one at inet.. thrust the seller, then book a flight and show the car really. if positive .. i take it... if not.. i go ... i think i put an search inserate at the forum here ![]() if someone want to sell his wr1 with a max 60K Miles and round abaout 9500 GBP ... tell me ![]() ... let us see how fast it can bee

Yes keep an eye open on here, this is where you will be most likely to find one with a history that is able to be checked and where you are most likely to find a decent honest car.
It's a long way to come and a lot of expense to risk on a private sale in a dodgy add.
i know...
otherwise i are looking for an my05 sti its so strange ... in GB the cars cost less than the half like here... in germany i cant buy one... too expensive (bad used condition ~ 20.000€) ... let us see how fast it can bee

Will you not have to pay import tax on the vehicle if you haven't owned it for a period of time? Not sure of the EU rules on this now....
